SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION IN BARCELONA

There exist many options when it comes to short-term accommodation in Barcelona. There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of fully furnished flats, houses, duplexes and studios that one can rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Whether you are on business in Barcelona for a few days and prefer to live like a local than in a typical hotel, or whether you are coming here on holidays and like to prepare your own meals and feel the general life of Barcelona, there are endless possibilities available to you.  

For our customers that are moving to Barcelona and need a short-term place to stay while we are helping them find their ideal flat, we offer an additional service whereby we find them a cozy and clean flat to stay in.  

Since we are very familiar with all the different neighborhoods of Barcelona, and know where the safer and cleaner areas are, you can be sure that your short-term stay will help you feel at home, even if it is only for a few days until we find your perfect flat!

We will also aim to find a short-term flat for you in the neighborhood in which you are interested in living in long-term.  Whether you consider yourself as someone who likes to be right in the middle of all the action, and would most probably prefer Raval, Gotico or Born, or whether you are more the quiet-type, and prefer neighborhoods like Eixample, Sarria / Sant Gervasi or Sants / Montjuic, we will find a place for you to stay short-term, and get a very good feel for the local area and surroundings. 

Usually the prices for short-term accommodation will start at around 200 Euros per week, but could reach more than 1000 Euros depending on the area and the size of the flat, number of guests etc. In most cases however, it definitely makes more sense financially to stay in a short-term flat than in a hotel.
